Dear Mr. Denny, 

I just had to drop you a line and tell you how pleased I am that I used Grading Places to inspect what I thought was going to be a wonderful new home for me.  I really thought I had found “the house” and was determined to buy it and even put down earnest money. Then arranged to have the routine inspection that homebuyers all have, not expecting much of anything.  It is so good to have a professional look when you are blinded by the desire to own a home.  You found so many things not visible to the uneducated eyes that were wrong with that house and saved me from making a terrible and costly mistake.  And then when I found another “dream home” I was thrilled when you gave it a “thumbs up!”  Thanks for your professionalism and knowledge.
